Fees will be collaboratively determined prior to the first session. I have a limited number of reduced fee slots. I accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, and credit cards. 

I can provide a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits and I’m happy to answer any questions to help you navigate your coverage. Here are some basic questions to ask your health insurance company:

  • Do I have outpatient out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • Is there a deductible and if so has it been fully or partially met?

  • What is the rate of reimbursement? The CPT code to give them is “90834”.

  • Is there a limit to how many sessions are covered? If so, how many?

Continuity is important, but I understand that things come up. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule please give me a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid being charged.
